Only the SVG art is used; the Noto font files (SIL OFL 1.1) are not.
Used for: Every emoji drawn in a mandala and in the exports. Emoji images are modified and rasterised when they are drawn into mandalas. In "Make your own emoji" the art is also recoloured and combined; those emoji are modified versions of Noto Emoji, and each generated SVG says so in a notice at its top.
